At a glance
I have been active in the company for 25 years – initially at KIS, today at SIT. In my role as a Business Consultant, collaboration with people is the focus of my daily work. I was already a member of the Works Council at KIS and continue to be one at SIT to this day. During this time, I have been able to gather extensive experience and valuable knowledge in Works Council work. I have witnessed and actively shaped many changes in the company – including the current company agreement on mobile work.
What sets me apart
The concerns of employees are particularly close to my heart. In addition to my core Works Council duties, I have been involved in Health Protection and Public Relations since my time at KIS.
A central component of my work is the many personal conversations. Whether it is a small or large concern – we work on solutions together. Listening, understanding, and developing individual and practicable solutions are my top priorities.
Challenges and Changes
Our company is facing numerous changes that must be mastered and steered in the right direction. These include the Project Campus in connection with mobile work, the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence, and the comprehensive restructuring of the entire company.
New working methods through NEO and EO or continuous changes, such as the use of Google, bring both opportunities and challenges. It is important to me to shape these developments not only in the interest of the employer but in the holistic interest of all employees.
Why “DIE MOBILEN”?
Mobile work is personally very important to me. However, just as important to me is a strong Works Council that can – if necessary – stand its ground against the employer to consistently represent your interests.
That is what I stand for.
