Dear Colleagues, After over 13 years with our corporate group, it is a matter close to my heart to continue actively contributing to shaping our company. I know the strengths of our firm, but I also know that not everything that glitters is gold. My goal is clear: Preserve what is good and optimize what needs improvement.

I stand for open, direct communication, honesty, and absolute reliability. We can only fully utilize our potential to actively shape things if we maintain a transparent exchange and if you are regularly informed about what the Works Council is working on.
