At a glance
"You have to take things as they come. But you should make sure they come the way you need them." I have been part of Schwarz IT since September 2022 in the SAP Data Automation team. In my private life, I am happily married and the proud father of two daughters (1 and 3 years old). When I am not traveling through the SAP universe, my "house of three ladies" ensures that I stay flexible and learn to keep an overview even in turbulent situations. Family is the best teacher for organization and endurance.
What defines me
- Headstrong, but not narrow-minded. I can be persistent when it comes to the issue at hand, but I always remain open to better arguments and new perspectives.
- Curious & Open. I question the status quo and want to understand how we can design processes smarter for all of us.
Common sense over bureaucratic red tape.
I like pragmatic solutions that work in everyday life, not just look good on paper.
Why I am running for the Works Council
Although I have not done active Works Council work before, I know what I am getting into:
Taking responsibility and acting as a voice for my colleagues.
I don’t want to just watch things change; I want to actively ensure that we, as employees, do not get left behind by this speed.
My objectives for the coming years
I want to advocate for:
- Common sense finding its way back into administrative processes.
- Mobile Work being protected and further developed as a fixed anchor of our Work-Life Balance (as a father, I know how valuable this flexibility is!).
- Change with a sense of proportion – we need innovation, but it must serve people, not the other way around.
Transparency and honesty in communication between management and the workforce becoming a lived reality, not just buzzwords.
Why DIE MOBILEN?
Because we are a group that possesses the courage to address even uncomfortable issues without losing respect.
The mix of experience and fresh ideas on this list is exactly what SIT needs right now. We are fighting for a future where mobile work and on-site quality at the Campus go hand in hand.
Give your vote to my list: Die Mobilen!
