Ali Himpenmacher

At a glance

I have been with SIT since 2020 and have
two cats that join me in almost every meeting.

What defines me

I value fair cooperation and have a strong sense of justice.

If someone is treated unfairly, I am there to offer advice and support, or simply to listen.

I like to offer a different perspective on a topic, but I do not impose my opinion. It is important to me to find joint solutions.

As a Works Council member, I would focus particularly on social issues and mobile work. I am also sensitized to topics such as discrimination and bullying.

Why “DIE MOBILEN”?

Since the pandemic, we have continuously proven that we deliver results even when working mobile.

Let’s keep it that way!

Because: Mobile work makes us more self-determined:

  • We can better align work and private life.
  • We spend less time in rush-hour traffic.
  • We can better adapt our Home Office to our individual needs.

I am committed to ensuring that we continue to have fair and transparent conditions for mobile work in the future.

We are asking for your vote – for a future of mobile work at SIT!
