Jördis Nolte-Kau

At a glance

I have been part of the Schwarz Group since 2019 and currently work in the Data & AI division.

During this time, I have experienced various phases, changes, and requirements in daily working life. In the process, it has become increasingly clear to me how crucial orientation, trust, clear
expectations, and working models that
are compatible with life really are.

As a mother of two girls, one of whom has special needs, I experience daily how important flexible and mobile work is – and I do not view this as an exception, but as an essential component of a modern working world.

For work that fits life.

What defines me

 >> A reflective mindset and a sense of responsibility

 >> Sensitivity to the framework conditions under which work is performed

 >> Willingness to listen and take different perspectives seriously

 >> A desire for solutions that are practical and fair in everyday life

Why I am running for the Works Council

I am running for the Works Council because I want to constructively advocate for good, sustainable working conditions.

It is important to me

that concerns are heard and put into context that changes are supported in a comprehensible way that employees feel taken seriously

For me, it is not about confrontation, but about collaboration, clarity, and mutual respect.

Why Die Mobilen

I am running for Die Mobilen because we stand for trust, flexibility, and responsible co-shaping.

I am convinced that mobile work needs clear frameworks and that both are possible together:

Reliability for the company and creative freedom for the employees.
