My name is Selma and I have been part
of the Schwarz Group since 2007,
including many years at Schwarz IT KG.
Why do I want to become a Works Council member?
I want to actively advocate for the interests of the employees because our daily collaboration and good working conditions are very close to my heart.
Appreciative cooperation and having an open ear for one another are not something I take for granted, but something that requires active effort.
I want to listen to you, take your concerns seriously, and be a trusted point of contact. It is important to me that topics can be addressed openly – whether it concerns workload, communication, flexibility, or team cooperation.
My goal is for us to feel comfortable at work, be treated fairly, and for respect and transparency to be lived practices in our company.
I would be very happy to receive your trust and your support.
