Why I am a Works Council member
As a Works Council member, I stand for change with foresight and innovation with social responsibility.
I want to actively help ensure that our corporate culture continues to be defined by mutual respect, even in times of change.
My drive is to listen, to reflect, and to act decisively.
What defines me
Shaper & Enabler
I like thinking “around corners” (laterally) to find pragmatic solutions and then implementing them “straightforwardly.”
Future-oriented
My special focus is on the field of “personnel matters,” which is why I initiated the founding of the “Personnel Committee” a few years ago.
Priorities for the coming four years
I want to advocate for strengthening the balance between freedom and responsibility in our work.
