At a glance
I am 59 years old, married, and have a daughter who is now an adult.
My hobbies include my large garden, where I find relaxation; motorcycling, which satisfies my sporty side; and for pure enjoyment, I am passionately fond of cooking and baking.
I started at Kaufland Dienstleistungen in 1999. My path then led me through Kaufland Informationssysteme (KIS) to Schwarz IT. I therefore bring 26 years of experience within the Schwarz Group.
Why I am applying for Works Council membership
I am running to protect employee rights and to actively shape our future, as the Works Council is an essential part of our democratic working world.
My goal is to represent the interests of my colleagues and to ensure that decisions are not made solely by top management.
I stand up for the concerns of everyone with passion and dedication. Thanks to my many years of experience at Schwarz IT, I understand the current challenges well and advocate for socially oriented solutions that bring about positive change.
What defines me
I want to be your reliable partner, bringing a balanced mix of assertiveness and the ability to bring people together. I am committed to your interests and cooperate constructively.
My curiosity for new topics, my ability to resolve conflicts fairly, and my transparent communication make me a strong mediator.
My priorities for the coming four years
My concern as a Works Council member is to develop solutions that increase the growth and satisfaction of all employees.
I advocate for improvements in working conditions and strive for a healthy Work-Life Balance. Let’s work together to create an appreciative work environment where everyone can develop their full potential. I look forward to contributing my ideas and dedication!
