At a glance

There is always a way.

You just have to want it and be willing to push
through resistance if the cause is truly worth
it or if it enables a benefit of a different kind.
A result should always reflect the best possible
outcome for both sides!

Active in the Group for over 30 years in various functions; at SIT since its founding, previously IT KL (Kaufland), among others.

What defines me

  • Using logical common sense.
  • Pragmatic nature, seeking benefit for both sides – meaning it is rare that one has to leave a conversation having to accept the other’s opinion entirely; instead, finding a compromise for both parties.
  • Joy in responsibility and efficient working.
  • Reducing bureaucracy to the absolute minimum necessity wherever possible.

My conviction

I am convinced by our corporate group and simply think it is great how Mr. Schwarz and Mr. Chrzanowski are approaching things strategically. I especially admire that Mr. Schwarz invests in knowledge and education through his foundation, thus investing in the most sustainable progress.

I know of no other wealthy individual who puts their money into what is (in my opinion) the most meaningful investment for the future. I want to help shape the associated change for employees and the Group at eye level with the company. That is why I support this list, in the hope that we can achieve more for the employees in the future while still achieving the best for everyone in the spirit of shared success.

I do not want to engage in trench warfare in the Works Council, but rather take care of your concerns in the best possible way with like-minded people!

Let’s tackle it…

…because progress cannot be stopped. Therefore, let’s create and maintain meaningful conditions, such as Mobile Office, possibly Job Bikes in the future, and perhaps more… (traffic in and around Heilbronn hasn’t been fun for a long time, especially during rush hour!).

But also the Project Campus, self-determination, responsibility for our work, meaningfulness in what we do, no excessive control or administration, but rather seizing opportunities with—and addressing fears of—AI, Quantum Computing, and more…

All of this should work as well as possible for both sides. Actively supporting this during my final work phase motivates me—despite all resistance—to ask for your trust once again and to support our list.

See you at the election!
