At a glance
Change is the heart of progress. I am ready to take risks and change things to make a positive impact. I understand the principle "Never touch a running system", but often a breath of fresh air is needed to improve circumstances. My goal is to move away from short-term transitional solutions to achieve substantial long-term benefits.
What defines me
> Persuasive
Works Council work thrives on building a shared understanding of the situation in order to make appropriate decisions. I was able to experience this many times during my two terms (2022-2026) in the Youth and Trainee Representation (JAV). That is why I am committed to finding a common ground based on well-thought-out information.
> Empathic
In face-to-face conversations, I often see myself primarily as a listener, as this is the only way I can gain a comprehensive understanding of the information presented.
> Cooperative
I strive for constructive cooperation at eye level. To this end, I actively engage in creating a harmonious framework so that even difficult topics can be handled openly.
> Trustworthy
I am willing to express my honest opinion, but I also attach importance to expressing myself positively. Not to sugarcoat facts, but to shape a respectful and appreciative culture.
> Reliable
No matter the effort required, my loyalty lies with the employees, whose rights I will enforce with a loud voice, for the benefit of the working atmosphere and organizational health.
