Stefan Dunz

Who I am

Stefan Dunz, 46 years old. I have been
connected to the Schwarz Group since
2000. After my studies and other
professional experience, I returned to
the company in 2008.
I initially spent 10 years at KIS before making
a deliberate move to Schwarz IT.

That’s me

In my free time, I play the guitar and tinker
with technology ranging from analog to digital
– from "vacuum tubes to Raspberry Pi".
Every now and then, I enjoy a relaxed
motorcycle ride. I find relaxation
and inspiration together with my
partner in nature, in the mountains,
and especially in our garden at home.

I stand for

# Employee Culture & Humanity

For fair, collaborative participation, individual freedom of decision, and a modern, contemporary workplace culture.

For a culture where location independence, flexibility, and the compatibility of career with a healthy daily routine and family life are priorities.

# I am running

…to help collectively shape a modern and mobile workplace.

# My argument & my perspective on this

The pandemic years, in particular, showed how excellently and naturally colleagues & the company supported the necessary shift to mobile work together and mastered it smoothly “hand in hand”. With success, growth, and visible added value at all times. For all parties.

This has already resulted in a great mix of mobile work and flexibility, where “on-site” meetings for joint work activities also find their place.

This new spontaneity is a remarkable and often overlooked step forward.

I want to actively & constructively help shape this for you.

# For me, this means

  • Reduction of avoidable & unnecessary stress factors (revolving around daily life, family, and work).
  • Development of a sensible & balanced ratio between mobile work and a great new “on-site” workplace in Bad Friedrichshall.
  • Preservation of health, time & resources.
  • Not least: Reduction of emissions in currently limited and overburdened traffic infrastructure.

# What is also close to my heart

A healthy work environment & a humane working atmosphere, which forms the foundation for the major collective tasks of the coming years.

Protecting the rights of colleagues who are currently facing difficult health or life situations.

# My argument & my perspective on this:

We all stand in a daily changing world that presents new challenges every day for the company, but especially for every single employee. With dependencies and uncertainties that neither side can escape.

Long-term success is therefore based on a culture of trust, understanding, and cooperation.

The success and growth of the company are carried by the workforce as a whole.

I want to advocate actively & trustfully for you, for communal values and cohesion!

Why “DIE MOBILEN”?

We are a committed group from SIT who will stand up courageously for a good balance between mobile work and on-site opportunities at the new Campus.
