Christine Derler

At a glance

I have been part of Schwarz IT since 2019. Alongside my work at the company, I operate my own practice as a psychotherapist. I am the mother of an 18-year-old son, live with two dogs that enrich my life, and am a passionate music lover.

Music is a source of strength, inspiration, and inner balance for me.

Working with people

—their stories, their challenges and their growth—

has been a part of my life for many years and shapes my view of working life.

In both roles, it is important to me:

To take people seriously, to listen, and to find solutions together.

What defines me

I bring a special mix of empathy, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

As a therapist, I am trained to:

  • Listen and clearly grasp concerns.
  • Resolve conflicts fairly.
  • Provide support and stability to people, even when things get difficult.
  • Find paths that are realistic, healthy, and sustainable.
  • Organize even complex situations with calm and clarity.

I don’t just see tasks and numbers, but the human being behind every process.

Why I am running for the Works Council

I am running to support the rights and needs of our employees, especially in times of change, increasing demands, and growing mental stress.

Through my therapeutic experience, I know how crucial a healthy work environment is.

As a Works Council member, I want to ensure that:

  • Work-Life Balance is truly lived, not just promised.
  • Stressful situations are recognized early and taken seriously.
  • Transparency and empathy strengthen our cooperation.
  • Employees feel safe addressing their concerns openly.
  • Our working world remains human, appreciative, and fair.

My goal is to help shape an environment where well-being, motivation, and fairness are a matter of course.

Why “DIE MOBILEN”?

The values of “Die Mobilen”—determination, empathy, helpfulness, courage, tolerance, joy, transparency, and democracy—correspond exactly to my fundamental mindset as a therapist and as a person.

  • Courage means addressing uncomfortable topics.
  • Determination means standing up for people when they need support.
  • Empathy is the foundation upon which trust grows.
  • Balance is essential to remaining healthy and capable.
  • Transparency creates security and appreciation.

These values are not just my professional compass; they define my entire attitude.

My objectives for the coming years

I want to advocate for:

  • Mental health being given greater consideration.
  • Flexible working models and mobile work remaining protected.
  • Transparency in decision-making increasing.
  • Employees having an environment where they can reach their full potential.
  • Work-Life Balance not just being possible, but a matter of course.

I want to help shape a working environment where people can work in a healthy, motivated, and respected manner.
