Corina Wright

At a glance

I have been part of the Schwarz Group since 2016 in
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) – an area I am
passionate about because it is where all threads
come together.

When time permits between data streams and colorful
family life with my two children, I express my
creative side through baking or making music
passionately (even if only with mediocre talent).

What defines me

My job requires analytical thinking, but in our interactions, what counts for me is a keen sense for people and their needs.

My strong sense of justice and the will to actively shape things have motivated me to run. I have the courage to address sore points, but I always convey criticism with diplomatic skill.

My goal is results that move us all forward as a community.

I am running for “Die Mobilen”…

…because I fully identify with the >> Program and the >> Code of Honor of our list.

As a mother, I know the daily balancing act between career and family – mobile work and flexible models are necessary freedoms for a modern working world. I advocate for being able to work productively wherever it suits best.

Fairness in time management is particularly important to me:

It is unacceptable to be disadvantaged when taking vacation just because you do not work the same hours every day.

This is exactly where “Die Mobilen” step in: With the necessary courage for openness and the diplomatic skill for real solutions.

We stand for a Works Council that remains courageous on
the issues but fair in dialogue, and where human connection always comes first.

We are asking for your vote – for a future of mobile work at SIT!
