At a glance
I am 57 years old, at home in beautiful Bavaria,
and have been employed as a Department Head
at SIT for 5 years.
I have been a regular member of the Works
Council since the beginning of the current
term. I am active in the Personnel Committee
and, as Spokesperson for the
"Working Group on Mobile Work,"
I oversee compliance with the corresponding
company agreement.
Why I am a Works Council member
Works Councils are an invaluable asset to companies. They form the bridge between the interests of the workforce and the company management.
I enjoy being part of this bridge, contributing my experience both as a manager and as a Works Council member.
It is important to me to shape our working conditions fairly and to develop a strategy—agreed upon with the employer—for a prosperous future for the company.
What matters to me
It is especially important to me to maintain maximum flexibility in mobile work, as well as to ensure fair Talent Management.
We can make a real difference here as Works Council members, and I would like to continue contributing my share to this future development.
Why “DIE MOBILEN”?
Because only with us will mobile work truly move forward
We are a committed group from SIT who will stand up courageously for a good balance between mobile work and on-site opportunities at the new Campus.
We are asking for your vote – for a future of mobile work at SIT!
