I have been with the company for over 20 years, holding various roles and long-term positions during this time.

Both the employee and supervisor perspectives are deeply ingrained in me.

What sets me apart is a reflective approach: I seek to understand causes and connections.

Listening and differentiating are important to me – always with the goal of finding fair and sustainable solutions.


I am running for “Die Mobilen” because…

…our working world is undergoing fundamental change – psychologically, organizationally, and culturally.

These changes require objective, forward-looking, and balanced guidance.

I want to actively help shape the future within the Works Council and give us a voice on topics such as:

  • AI (Artificial Intelligence) AI will noticeably change our professional and personal lives in the very near future. I believe it is crucial that the Works Council assesses this development early on, realistically evaluates both opportunities and risks, and actively guides the process.
  • EO A working model like EO brings profound changes for employees. New roles, metrics, and comparability require transparency and clear guardrails. Co-determination strengthens acceptance and quality; qualification measures should keep pace and provide orientation.
  • Mobile Work Flexible working hours and location-independent work are an everyday reality for many colleagues. They are an expression of trust, contribute to long-term performance, and accommodate different life situations.
  • Talent Management Performance reviews and talent processes serve, among other things, to promote development and make potential visible. They must be designed to be transparent, comprehensible, and consistent. Employees should not be portrayed in a one-sided manner without contextualization and dialogue taking place.

 

It is important to me that Works Council work is conducted in an objective, respectful, and solution-oriented manner – this requires a strong Works Council, therefore…
