Marion Henn

At a glance

I started my studies in Business Informatics at
Kaufland Informationssysteme in 2015.
This was followed by a move to Schwarz IT,
where I really enjoy working.

I live in the countryside with my cat and enjoy
spending my free time in nature.
Time spent with my nieces, family, and friends
is also very valuable to me and recharges my
batteries.

In 2026, a dog will complete my little pack
and accompany me on travels,
cycling trips, and photography outings.

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”

— Mahatma Gandhi

What defines me?

My strengths lie in analytical thinking and in building new structures and processes. I am motivated by actively shaping and optimizing things.

I have mastered many hurdles in life myself and know what it is like when life rearranges itself. I can approach others with empathy and know that in certain situations, you need someone to stand up for you and support you.

I want to be exactly that support and a voice for employees.

I can mediate conflicts calmly and ensure a fair exchange. I want to find solutions that are sustainable and enable positive cooperation for everyone.

Why I am running

  • I want to actively accompany and bring about change.
  • I want to preserve mobile work, as it represents an important pillar for maintaining Work-Life Balance for all of us.
  • I want to stand for respectful interaction and open exchange across all levels.
  • I want to advocate for other employees and become the voice of those who have no voice.
  • I want to represent the needs of individual employees or smaller groups.
  • I want to advance both small and large topics.

Why “DIE MOBILEN”?

The values of “Die Mobilen” align with my own principles, which is why I want to represent them.

My goal is to help other employees with determination, to face conflicts with courage, and to find solutions.

It is important to me that different opinions are tolerated, but that a respectful exchange still takes place. The goal should be to find the best possible result for everyone.
