I am running for Die Mobilen
because I stand behind
our program and its values.

I stand for a working world that works for everyone.

“Trust instead of control – shaping the future together.”

What sets me apart

… and what I stand for:

  • Lived Corporate Culture Values shouldn’t just hang on the wall. I want our culture to be actively lived in everyday life by everyone (from trainees to management). Respect and interacting as equals are not a one-way street.
  • Trust instead of Control No to micromanagement, Yes to a culture that we truly live.
  • Honest Error Culture Innovation requires courage. We need an environment where mistakes are seen as an opportunity to learn, rather than a reason for assigning blame.
  • New Work & Flexibility
The world is changing – our working models must change too.

    • I advocate for:
    • Mobile Work, wherever possible.
    • Workation.
    • Innovative time models like the 4-day week.

My strengths lie in clear communication and my enthusiasm for new ideas. I value actively shaping processes and jointly developing solutions that are both future-proof and sustainable.

Why “DIE MOBILEN”?

We are a committed group from SIT who will stand up courageously for a good balance between mobile work and on-site opportunities at the new Campus.
