I have been with the Schwarz Group since 2005. I spent the first 10 years at KIS and was there right from the start of what was then SITIOS. I have now been with Schwarz IT KG for 10 years.
Why I am a Works Council member
It is a matter close to my heart to advocate for the social and health-related concerns of our employees.
It troubles me when colleagues in a supposedly weaker position experience injustice.
Supporting colleagues through my Works Council work is the greatest confirmation and motivation for my dedication.
The past four years…
One focus of my work was on Company Integration Management (BEM) and supporting colleagues facing difficult life situations. To this end, I became certified as a Prevention Advisor for Burnout and Stress Reduction.
In the Personnel Committee, I helped guide the new Talent Management (TM) 2.0 and prepared the “Supplementary Agreement to the Group Works Agreement (GBV) on Remuneration Principles.” Additionally, I am active in various other committees and working groups.
The coming four years…
I would like to continue my work for another 4 years and ask for your vote for the list “Die Mobilen” led by Martin Grub. Many colleagues on this list have made decisive contributions to successful Works Council work.

We are a committed group from SIT who will stand up courageously for a good balance between mobile work and the on-site opportunities at the new Campus.
