About me
I moved to the beautiful “Unterland” region for my job at Kaufland. I was born in 1967, I am married, and my daughter is already grown up and following her own path.
Having joined Kaufland Information Systems (KIS) in 2013, I have been part of Schwarz IT KG since its founding.
My main priorities
Development of Employee Potential:
It is important to me that everyone has the opportunity to develop their full potential, regardless of technology. Employees must not be sidelined.
Growth and Employee Satisfaction:
I want to influence decisions that increase the satisfaction of all employees while simultaneously promoting company growth.
Pragmatic and Future-Oriented Solutions:
Developing and implementing sustainable solutions that are both pragmatic and forward-looking, while involving all stakeholders.
Optimal Working Conditions and Work-Life Balance:
I want to advocate for the improvement of working conditions and a healthy Work-Life Balance.
