At a glance
I am 62 years old and have been working for 22 years in various entities of the Schwarz Group (KIS, SBIT, SIT) as an SAP Consultant in Controlling. For 15 years, I have also been active as a Works Council member in the respective committees.
Why I am a Works Council member
It gives me a good feeling to be able to help colleagues and to justify the trust placed in me as a direct contact person.
Injustices of any kind towards employees (and sometimes managers too!) must not go unnoticed.
Where else, if not in the Works Council, does one have the opportunity to address such topics and bring about a satisfactory solution for the employee (or the manager)?
What matters to me
Besides normal Works Council activities, Public Relations is particularly close to my heart: What is more important than keeping colleagues constantly up to date on all relevant topics regarding employees and the company?
Furthermore, it is very important to me that constructive cooperation based on the highest level of trust is practiced between the employer and the Works Council. This is essential to negotiate joint, employee-friendly solutions or sensible compromises.
The result should always be a clearly defined regulation for employees, such as the company agreement on mobile work.
Why “DIE MOBILEN”?
We are a committed group from SIT who will stand up courageously for a good balance between mobile work and on-site opportunities at the new Campus.
We are asking for your vote – for a future of mobile work at SIT!
