Digitalization is a technology moving at rapid speed. Being able to work independently, freely, and creatively is therefore more important than ever in IT. To achieve this, it is important to remain agile and flexible. Mobile work strengthens us as a company in these aspects. Each of us is an individual and has our own needs. Therefore, as a company, we should also take these individualities into account and utilize them. We should not restrict them; we must remain open and innovative! We need to create space for innovation and ideas—and for that, the location is not always the deciding factor.

🙋♂️About me
I have been with the Schwarz Group for over 7 years now, starting in 2018 at Lidl in Barcelona in a small 5-person IT team. In the meantime, this has grown into our SIT Hub in Barcelona with over 400 employees—great things always start small.
In 2020, I moved to Schwarz IT in Heilbronn to join the Learning Management Team.
🗳️Why I am running
A good and successful company needs employees whose voices are heard.
Reservations or even fears about offering constructive criticism must not silence these voices. As employees, we need the freedom to drive our topics forward creatively and innovatively.
Communication is the most important instrument here, as in all of life, to create change.
