Dear colleagues,
On April 15, we will decide on the future of our collaboration within DIGITS. This comes down to a fundamental question: What kind of employee representation do we want?
We see two paths: A path of restraint, one that avoids conflict and relies on mere compliance. We are advocating for the path of DIE MOBILEN: We stand up for our rights confidently, assertively, and with profound expertise—even when the conversations get tough.
What does this mean in practice? Let’s take the implementation of EO / NEO as an example. For us at DIE MOBILEN, the following points are essential:
-
Data privacy within the team: Team data must not be used for individual performance monitoring.
-
Risk-free career: Taking on responsibility in (N)EO roles should be an opportunity and must never have a negative impact on talent management.
-
Guidance and control: Organizational changes must be discussed in advance and implemented with the consent of the Works Council—so that we can inform you, support you, and have your back in critical situations.
How should a Works Council react to this?
If the employer questions our rights or delays negotiations, the difference becomes clear: A Works Council that primarily seeks harmony risks bringing things to a standstill, losing itself in internal discussions while facts are already being established on the ground.
We at DIE MOBILEN act differently: We rely on dialogue and actively invite discussion. We seek smart compromises that move the company forward without sacrificing our rights. However, if dialogue is refused, we are not afraid to consistently demand our rights—if necessary, with legal support right up to the labor court.
We stand for clarity instead of waiting around. For genuine co-determination instead of just nodding along.
Straightforward. Confident. Solution-oriented.
Therefore: Send a clear signal for a strong and professional Works Council on April 15, 2026.
Vote for DIE MOBILEN!
